Summary

Interteno does not have a Losprog account system, does not run advertising, does not use analytics, does not track users and does not sell or share personal information.

The app is designed to connect your iPhone and linked Apple Watch directly to Plex and to your own Plex Media Server. Losprog does not operate a server that receives your library, playback history, search history, account token or downloaded media.

Information Handled By The App

To provide app features, Interteno may handle the following information locally on your device or when communicating with Plex services and your selected Plex Media Server:

• Your Plex sign-in token, or a direct server token you enter manually.
• Your selected server details, app settings, playback preferences and equaliser settings.
• Media library metadata returned by your Plex Media Server, such as titles, artwork, watch state, stream details and server activity.
• Your Plex Watchlist and Discover information when you use those plex.tv-connected features.
• Downloaded media, cached music, artwork and related metadata stored on your iPhone.
• Recently played album information shared locally with the Interteno Home Screen widget through Apple's App Group storage.
• On Apple Watch, the server connection and token transferred from your iPhone, plus the library metadata and audio needed to browse and stream.

Tokens and direct server connection details are stored in the Keychain on each device. WatchConnectivity transfers the connection from the iPhone to the linked Apple Watch. Settings and local app preferences are stored on your devices.

Information Not Collected By Losprog

Losprog does not collect, receive or store:

• Your Plex credentials or Plex token.
• Your Plex library, Watchlist, media files, artwork, playback history or search history.
• Your server address, server activity, bandwidth data or transcode details.
• Analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers or tracking data.
• Location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health data.

Plex, Apple And Your Server

If you sign in with Plex, that authentication flow is provided by Plex. Interteno also talks to Plex services and to your selected Plex Media Server so it can browse and play your media. Those services are not operated by Losprog and may have their own privacy practices.

Apple may process information related to App Store downloads, TestFlight, purchases, crash reporting or device-level services according to Apple's own policies. Losprog is not responsible for data collected independently by Apple, Plex or your Plex Media Server.

Your Choices

• Use Demo Mode if you want to explore the app without signing in or connecting to a server.
• Sign out in Settings to remove saved account and direct server connection details from the app.
• Delete downloaded items, clear the music cache in Settings, or delete Interteno from your device to remove its local app data.
• Remove the Apple Watch app to remove its locally stored Interteno data and credentials from the watch.
• Manage or delete media server data directly on your Plex Media Server or through Plex.
• Manage your synced Watchlist through Interteno or another Plex application.

Changes And Contact

This policy may be updated as Interteno changes. If the app adds analytics, crash reporting, cloud features or any Losprog-operated service that collects data, this page and the App Store privacy information will be updated.
